Return Policy

We want to completely satisfy you with your new bed, but for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it under the following conditions:

Change of Mind or Incorrect Order

If you decide that the item is not suitable whether it's the size, design or simply that you no longer find it necessary you can absolutely return it in 30 days. Please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item has not been used or assembled.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used. In such cases return shipping charges will be your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your item arrives damaged or if we have sent the wrong size, design, color or fabric you are eligible for a return or exchange. BEDTIME’UK will cover the return shipping costs in these cases. Please ensure:

  • You report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
