Choosing the Best Courier Service

To guarantee that your order arrives safely and promptly we collaborate with a trusted and reliable courier company. This partnership ensures that your parcels are handled with utmost care and professionalism from the moment they leave our warehouse until they reach your doorstep.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation message with all the details of your purchase.

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and prepare your order for dispatch by the time shown on our product pages. During this time, our team ensures that your items are carefully packed and ready for shipping.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Once your order has been dispatched it will generally arrive within 5 to 7 working days. However, please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and external reasons beyond our control.

  • Remote Areas: For customers residing in remote areas or those with the following postcodes: AB, CT, DD, DG, DT, EX, IV, PA, PE, PH, PL, SA, TR delivery times may be slightly longer and free delivery is only available for other postcodes except those that are being mentioned.

  

Packaging and Handling

  • Secure Packaging: We securely pack your parcels to prevent any damage during loading and unloading. We take great care in ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition.

  • Delivery Boundaries: Our courier service is not authorized to enter the boundaries of your property. Deliveries will be made to the front door and ground floor of your building or premises. Please arrange for someone to be available to receive the parcel.

Delivery Charges and Additional Services

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders within Mainland UK. Unfortunately, free delivery is not available for postcodes mentioned above.

  • Fitting Services: Please note that fitting or assembly services are not included in the product price. If you require assistance with fitting, you will need to arrange this separately.

Delivery Schedule

  • Operating Hours: Our courier company delivers parcels from Monday to Saturday, between 5 am and 9 pm. To ensure you don't miss your delivery, please make sure someone is available during these hours to receive your parcel.

  • No Special Day & Time Deliveries: We do not offer deliveries on special days and times. Deliveries will be made according to the standard schedule mentioned above.

Ensuring a Smooth Delivery

  • Active Contact Number: To avoid any delays, please provide an active contact number when placing your order. This will allow our courier company to reach you if there are any issues or updates regarding your delivery.

  • Delivery Updates: You will receive notifications regarding the status of your delivery, so you can track your parcel and make necessary arrangements to receive it. Also we will provide you the estimated time frame of four hours one day before around 5PM.
